Refund policy

We take great care with every hamper. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at hello@nutritohffa.in or WhatsApp us, and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for opened packages.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Order cancellations are accepted until the order is packed. Once dispatched, cancellation isn't possible.
